Senior Strategic Communicator

Work as a Communication Strategist

We offer a qualified and meaningful assignment where you will be a key person in the company's strategic communication work, responsible for our internal communication, strengthening management communication, and ensuring that we are professional, secure, and proactive in our PR and media work.

You will work alongside our communication team and support the organization's managers and leadership.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for our internal communication – including structure, channels, and content
• Support the management in leadership communication, message formulation, and strategic communication support
• Be responsible for PR, media, and press issues, including press releases, media contacts, and media training
• Support managers and project leaders in communication issues, both operationally and strategically
• Develop clear and target group-adapted messages, presentations, and texts
• Plan, implement, and follow up on communication efforts related to change, strategy, and business development
• Be involved and responsible for the introduction and implementation of a new intranet from the communication group
• Participate in updating and developing our brand platform, graphic profile, and communication structure
• Act as a professional advisor on issues related to crisis communication and media handling
• Collaborate with internal and external parties such as HR, management team, and potential agencies

Your profile

You are a confident, experienced, and unpretentious communicator with strong analytical skills. You understand how communication affects culture, leadership, and organizational development, and you easily navigate between strategic issues and operational execution.

You are also a team player with good collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships – both internally and externally.

• Long and documented experience in strategic communication work
• Broad and solid knowledge in internal communication, change communication, and organizational support
• Experience working closely with management and leaders
• Very good ability to handle PR and media issues, including press work and crisis communication
• Strong ability to express yourself well in speech and writing
• Ability to create structure, drive processes, and maintain communication in complex contexts
• Experience working in projects and/or larger organizations

It is a plus if you have:

• Knowledge of the energy industry or other socially important activities
• Experience coaching management and leaders in communication
• Experience producing material for various internal channels
• Experience filming/editing simple segments or knowledge of digital tools (e.g., SiteVision, Adobe programs)
